From Pastor Roger…
As we prepare to close our 40 Days of Praying for our Nation, our City, and ourselves, let’s not stop praying. We are less than 40 days from the election, we still have rising levels of the pandemic back in society, and there is still much social unrest. We have been praying for revival. We have been praying for the Holy Spirit. We have been praying for the Bible studies and we are praying for Brian McMahon’s seminar. Please continue to pray, continue to seek God and continue to ask for the Holy Spirit and for revival.
If you want to post on your social media feeds to invite people to take free online Bible studies, we would suggest asking them to sign up here: http://bibleschools.com/534. If you are someone who is giving Bible studies and want to study particularly with someone if they sign up, just let us know and we’ll do our best to get you connected. But everyone could post this on their social media page. Just invite them to join you as you take them. Or invite them to see a new picture of the world. Just become an inviter on your social media pages.
As always, you can sign up for our smart phone app. We currently have 78 people using it and are hoping to get to 150 before the end of the year. It’s quick, easy and gives you what you need quickly and easily. This will enable us to contact you with any changes, keep you informed as to what is going on, and is the easiest and best way to stay up-to-date.
If you haven’t downloaded our app for the church yet, do that here: For iOS/Apple For Google/Android
It is so easy to use and is another way to keep us connected!

Pathfinders has started up!
We are meeting on Thursday nights at the church from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
The Pathfinder Club is open to all children from 10 to 16 years old.
Those who would still like to join the club can contact me: pathfinders@adventistcommunity.church
Adventurer Club, for kids ages 4-9, has kicked off for the new year.
Due to Covid-19 contact restrictions, Adventurer Club will be a little different this year. We will be hosting a family style club meeting once a month. A minimum of one family/designated adult will need to attend and participate with their child for the full club meeting. We look forward to this opportunity!
We plan to meet at the church first or second Sabbaths of the month, 2:00-3:30pm. Our first regular club meeting will be October 3. We will complete one award at this group meeting and one award will be prepared for kids to complete at home. Club dues will be $10 total for Oct-Dec and $10 total for Jan-May.
If you have questions or would still like to sign up, please email Hailu and Clair Gabriel at adventurers@adventistcommunity.church
We look forward to hearing from you!

Church Finances
You can bring your offerings to the church, or mail them (address at bottom). You can also go to the Adventist Giving Site to give – click here. We’ve also added the ability to give via Venmoor Paypal by searching “@AdventistCC“. Finally, we have giving kiosks where you can give with all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay as well.
If you are already giving via the Adventist giving site, we want to encourage you to keep using that. Thank you for your support.
