Pastor Larry has served in several ministry capacities, including pastor, church planter, conference ministerial associate director, multicultural director, conference secretary, and twice as a conference president. He served as the Assistant to the Presidents for the Oregon Conference, the North American Division, and the General Conference. He was the General Conference Undersecretary and Associate General Conference Stewardship Director. He formed the global ministry called “Adventist Possibility Ministries.” He is married to Carolyn (Carrie). They have two sons and seven grandsons. Larry strongly believes that no one is beyond the reach of the gospel and that, in every person, God has given unique possibilities.
